The First Story — 50/50 Split

eBay and payment processing fees usually account for ~11–18% of the final sale price. After those fees (and any shipping or material costs when needed), the remaining balance is divided equally: 50% to you, 50% to me.

Best suited for: everyday items, household goods, mixed lots, toys, dishware, and anything that requires additional prep, cleaning, or detailed photography.

The Second Story — 25% on $200+

For individual items selling at $200 or more, my commission is a reduced flat rate of 25% (calculated after marketplace fees). All other items remain under the 50/50 plan.

This approach ensures higher-value consignments remain attractive, while still covering the full service I provide from listing through delivery.

What I handle

  • High-quality photography, detailed titles and descriptions, market-based pricing, professional listings, careful packaging, tracked shipping, and full buyer communication.
  • Storage: Ideal for small to medium items due to limited space. Larger or heavier pieces are more challenging, but I’m always open to discussing solutions.
  • Your role: Simply bring the item (or send me photos first) — I’ll manage the rest from start to finish.

How it works

  • 1) Intake: Text photos + quick details (brand/model/condition/issues). We confirm fit and target price.
  • 2) Handoff: Drop off in Council Bluffs/Omaha or arrange a quick porch handoff.
  • 3) Listing: I photograph, research comps, and set the live price. We can adjust if demand changes.
  • 4) Sale & payout: After the return window, I pay out your share via local pickup or digital payment.
